Our previous post was regarding changes to the rules on submitting new evidence in asylum cases.

A letter by UK Visas and Immigration to National Asylum Stakeholder Forum (NASF) members announced that from 26 January 2015 all further submissions must be submitted in person at the Further Submission Unit (FSU) in Liverpool.

The Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association’s (ILPA) respond to the Home Office’s new policy ILPA to Mr Wells and Julian Huppert, MP has sponsored an Early Day Motion EDM 714.
